Payroll journals for your accountant, P45s for leavers, P60s at year-end, and the final FPS for the tax year.
Get it right
Getting payroll wrong is expensive
HMRC charges penalties for late RTI filing and late PAYE payments. Underpaying the minimum wage can mean arrears, penalties and being named. Missed pension duties attract fines from The Pensions Regulator. And mistakes on payslips cost you your team's trust.
We stay on top of every rate change, from employer NI at 15% and the £10,500 Employment Allowance to the £12.71 National Living Wage from April 2026, and apply them before your next pay run.
- Every change checked against GOV.UK before it reaches your payroll
- A second check on every run before payslips go out
- A named payroll contact who knows your business

FAQ
Payroll services FAQs
Do you work with businesses that already have a UK company?
Yes. Our payroll service is for businesses with their own PAYE scheme. If you don't have a UK company, our employer of record service employs your staff for you instead.
Which payroll frequencies do you support?
Monthly, four-weekly, fortnightly and weekly payrolls, including businesses that run more than one frequency.
Will we still pay our staff ourselves?
You can. Most clients approve the payroll and pay staff from their own bank account using the payment file we provide. We'll agree the approach that suits you.
Can you take over payroll part-way through the tax year?
Yes. We bring across each employee's year-to-date pay, tax and NI so their payroll continues correctly.
How much do payroll services cost?
It depends mainly on the number of employees, how often you pay them and what's included. Tell us about your payroll and we'll send a fixed quote.
